The castle vineyard of the Sovereign Order of Malta in Mailberg in the Weinviertel region covers 50 hectares and has been managed by Lenz Moser since 1969. The vineyards benefit from the special microclimate of the basin location and calcareous soils with loamy sands and loess. We are committed to environmentally conscious grape production with a focus on quality, organic fertilization, and living soil, and are a member of the “Premiumweingüter Weinviertel” (Premium Wineries of the Weinviertel).
